Mood: The Hampton 🌊 Spring is in the air with the light wood, brick and soft pastel colours used in this moodboard. 🛋

Originally inspired by Hampton Beach Park, which lies on the Atlantic Ocean, the interior is characterised by a beach landscape color palette. Think various shades of sand, soft blue reminiscent of the ocean and restrained green accents symbolising dune vegetation and ultimate tranquility. 🏘🌿

Mood: Niagara 🌲 with tones of falling water and grey rock, this home is inspired by Niagara State Park, which stretches between the US and Canadian borders around the famous Niagara Falls.
You'll find natural materials here such as fiber concrete, grey clinker and fiber cement panels 🌊

Why is minimising waste in construction important? 🦺 This mission is one that stands at the heart of why our team set out to start Nexta Homes. Based on the research of the European Commission, the construction industry is responsible for an estimated one third of the world's overall waste and at least 40% of the world's carbon dioxide emissions. As Nexta Homes, we aim to decrease that number to 0 in our operations and change the status quo.

Mood: Coconino 🏘 Exterior facades of this mood board are red, brown and light grey brick tones, all inspired by the grand Coconino National Forest in Arizona.

The mood of the desert prevails in the interior as well, where you can find wood floors and textured plaster decorated walls, resembling the surface of rocks. 🌵

Mood: Yellowstone 🏘 Exterior facades of this mood board are finished with clay and rich yellow bricks. The home was inspired by a dormant underground volcano located in Yellowstone national park, the crater of which sparkles in a variety of colors ranging from blue to green, surrounded by rich orange colours.
