Connecting the upstairs lounge directly to the indoor court. We installed this 16ft wide Panoramic Door system with a pass-through bar top so you can watch all the action on the court while keeping climate control separate between both spaces.

Building a lasting structure means getting the thermal envelope right from day one by combining ZIP System sheathing with closed cell spray foam along the rooflines to create a dense barrier that stops moisture and condensation in its tracks, keeping conditioned spaces efficient year round. To handle massive clearance without any sway, we went with solid steel framing for these porches. The result? 1,500 sq ft of ultra sturdy outdoor space (750 sq ft on each side)—plenty of room and height to comfortably park an RV on either side!
