When you build a high-performance, airtight barndominium, preventing drafts is only half the battle. If you want to keep the air you breathe at a healthy level, there are additional steps you have to take after the shell is sealed. 🛡️🏠

Progress continues at the Sports Barndominium, where the focus is on integrating high-capacity mechanical systems into this massive shop and living space. When you're building at this scale, the infrastructure has to be as high-performance as the athletes using the court. 🏀🦾

Here is a look at the heavy-duty systems currently being installed:
• ❄️ Quad-Zone Climate Control: We are integrating four separate air conditioning units to ensure the massive shop, gym, and living areas stay perfectly comfortable year-round. You can see the extensive flex ductwork being routed to handle that high-volume airflow.
• 🔥 Fire Safety Integration: Safety is a top priority in a build of this magnitude. The orange fire sprinkler lines are being run throughout the entire structure to provide comprehensive protection across every square foot.
• 📐 Mechanical Coordination: Our trades are wrapping up their progress on these critical "behind-the-wall" systems, ensuring every run is optimized for efficiency before we move to the next phase.
