Be careful who you hire. This bathroom was remodeled 3 years ago. The shower pan was leaking as well as the tub drain. The tub drain was leaking from day 1 as the drain was crushed and broken during install. The shower drain was running up hill and we found some open electrical splices hidden in the wall. We corrected everything and got it back together for them.

Originally the owner had another contractor build the patio which did not go well at all. They hired me to fix it but decided to close the space instead. We moved the electrical meter and panel, upgraded the AC system to accommodate the added space, installed wood floor to match existing floor, added cabinetry to the laundry room. I think it came out well and created a great space for the family.
