Might think a little leak is not a big deal but a fixture dripping at one drop per second is 250 gallons in a month and 3000 gallons in a year! That’s enough for 350 loads of laundry or 180 showers!

Finished up this pipe replacement 2:30 this morning with the one and only Jace Kahn. Line shut down affected a veterinary clinic, a bistro, a dentist, a salon, among a few other businesses so had to be done after hours but on the plus side it wasn’t 108 outside while doing the work!

Difficult access for this pipe replacement on a 6th floor stairwell, not common to bring in scaffolding for us but was the only safe way to get it done!

Most people only know Kayti Kahn by her cheerful voice taking your plumbing calls. She has such an important role in running the office and managing the company in many ways. We are so blessed to have her!!! One of our great customers calls her Missis Stunning and she IS Stunning in every way!

Jace did a nice job on this 1-1/4” filtration loop at this new detached garage., piping is straight and secure! This piping will be concealed behind drywall but a true craftsman takes pride in everything they do.

The health department requires restaurants to close the doors if hot water isn’t working as things can’t be properly sanitized without it and closing the doors doesnt pay the bills for the owner or the employees. Performed this emergency tankless swap for this restaurant and doors get to remain open to serve there customers.
