🔥 Warm Floors, Happy Feet! 🔥

The team at T And S Electric just wrapped up this incredible installation! We laid down electric radiant floor heating cable throughout this home's main level hallway and kitchen. No more stepping onto ice-cold floors on chilly mornings!
With the heating cables perfectly spaced and ready for the final flooring overlay, this home is officially upgraded with luxurious, energy-efficient comfort.

First layer is officially down! Starting on this electric floor heating install today. It’s tedious work, but it’s going to be so worth it when winter hits. Stay tuned, more progress pictures to come!

Sometimes being a solo contractor sucks when you’re trying to fish lines across a basement. Luckily, technology makes a great apprentice. Hooked the camera up to my watch to get a perfect view from the opposite side and nailed the run.

Late night last night, but we got this bathroom rough-in completely knocked out!
We got everything ready for a new wall-mounted vanity, a new light above the tub, and a bathroom exhaust fan (left a tail to come back and wire the fan once it’s installed). Best of all, we ditched that old 15-amp circuit from 1959 and ran a brand new, dedicated 20-amp circuit for the bathroom outlets.
And look at that clean floor... told you us electricians know how to use a broom!

Will share updated photos when we go back to complete the job in a few weeks.

Started a bathroom remodel yesterday. They call us electricians messy, but don’t listen to them! We always clean up after we are done.

We had the pleasure of stopping by Cook & Clover Barbershop in Rosemount this past week! We installed a classic barber light on their exterior pillar as a new showcase piece. It looks sharp and adds that perfect traditional touch to the shop.

Yesterday, we wrapped up the rough-in for the living and dining areas. The project featured the installation of ten 4-inch sloped ceiling cans and a newly centered box for the dining fixture and other items. To accommodate the transition to a vaulted ceiling, our team successfully relocated all existing wiring to fit the new architectural pitch. We look forward to sharing the finished results soon!

P.S. Pardon the dust and the quick photos. We're getting better at documenting our projects, but we couldn't wait to show you the progress!
