We were called by Tim in Griffith IN for clean up of Category 3 raw sewage flood in his home. We ended up having to extract 30inches from his basement. Circle R is responsible for his faulty installation of a Zoeller sump pump that flooded my client's home. He just purchased the pump and installation from them not even 3 months ago. A gentleman. Named mike came to my client's home after 2 days of giving my client the runaround. When mike arrived at my client's house tonight, I showed him a video of what hos faulty sump pump install dod to my client's home. Mike then became outraged by this truth I had shown him. He then begins to threaten me by telling me he has some position within the city that controls permits and tells me I'm not permitted to conduct work in his city. my response in accordance with Griffith Indiana a permit is not required to clean out drains or remove water During an emergency situation. Like then became quiet, clearly because he knew I understood the law and my requirements to perform work in the city. My client and I both asked Mike for his company's insurance information to submit a claim for this category 3 black waterflood. Mike refused to provide my client with any information that would help me in this time of need. My client's insurance does not cover water damage or losses such as this. So Mike left my clients and their 3 young Children without fully developed immune systems stuck in a category 3 raw sewage flooded home with no hope having their home returned to a livable environment. My client has a pre-existing condition of severe asthma and respiratory issues., So at this time, my company C.I.D Plumbing @630-270-7853 has Temporarily waived over $16,000 worth of mitigation, restoration expenses. We have also provided them with all the proper equipment to bring the home they just lost back on the normal state of being after mikes None licensed plumbers installed improperly a pump that flooded my client's home. I have temporarily placed my clients in a hotel so their family can live safely in free of bacteria such as HIV, hepatitis C, and aids bacteria's in viruses and diseases carried in such waters Mike left in their home. Mike I will be placing mechanics lien against your company until my restoration and mitigation fees are paid in full. I don't know how you couldn't go to sleep at night knowing that you have put a family in a situation like this and blamed them when you are the one at fault. May God be with you!!!!!!!!
