This is 34... - earlier this year I decided that I want to be in the best shape of my life by the time the earth makes another trip around the sun. That the captain fantastic (movie) prepper style is the best way to train for zombie apocalypse. 😂 I’m sore from running the property yesterday and my mind was telling me that “it’s your birthday - don’t drink your shake, have sugar in your coffee” oh the sugar addiction is STRONG. But I’m stronger. Here is to health for a longer life.
