Tig Tech Inc. is a growing, family-owned steel fabrication and installation company based in Redding, California. We fabricate and install architectural steel for large commercial apartment communities throughout California—including stairs, railings, balconies, awnings, fencing, gates, and other custom steel projects.

What We Offer
$25–$40 per hour, depending on experience

$250 per week meal per diem while traveling

What You'll Do
As part of our installation crew, you'll install architectural and structural steel on commercial construction projects throughout California, including:
Stairs
Handrails and guardrails
Balconies
Awnings
Fencing and gates
Structural and miscellaneous steel
You'll work alongside an experienced crew using professional equipment while building projects you'll be proud to point out for years to come.
Travel
Most projects are located throughout Northern California, with occasional work in Southern California.
A typical week looks like this:
Monday–Wednesday: Jobsite installation
Thursday: Return home or remain on-site depending on project needs
Friday: Shop work in Redding when field work is complete
Weekends: Home
When you're traveling, we provide:
Paid hotel accommodations
$250 weekly meal per diem
