ποΈ I had the opportunity to join the Why Redding Podcast with Cassandra Sandmeyer recently, and it was a great conversation about business, community, and opportunity here in Shasta County.
When I moved to Redding in 2005 looking for a better quality of life and opportunity to start a new plumbing business. What I found was a community full of opportunity, strong relationships, and people who truly support one another.
In this podcast episode, I share:
β’ Why I believe in an abundance mindset and how it has shaped my business
β’ How family values and mutual respect drive our company culture at Custom Plumbing
β’ The impact of BNI and the βGivers Gainβ philosophy
β’ Why community involvement, including the Asphalt Cowboys, matters to me
β’ My advice to local entrepreneurs: "Donβt be the obstacle"
Redding has given my family and my business so much, and I am grateful to be part of building something meaningful here.
