📚 Keeping the Public Banning Library comfortable and running efficiently! ❄️
Our commercial technician Zeke was on-site performing a full HVAC tune-up on the library’s A/C systems when he spotted an issue left behind by a previous contractor. The filters installed were the wrong size, leaving gaps that allowed unfiltered air, dust, and debris to bypass the filtration system entirely. ❌
With recent fires around the area, those gaps meant dust, ash, and soot were making their way into the equipment and potentially circulating throughout the building. 🌬️🔥
We removed the incorrect filters, cleaned up the affected areas, installed properly sized filters, and completed a thorough commercial HVAC tune-up to help keep the system operating the way it should 🔧
