Ken was very professional, polite, explained what he was doing, asked if I had any questions and when I did he called "the boss" to make sure he was giving me the correct information. I have had my A/C & heating system for 10 years and the service has always been top notch. Every service technician always puts booties over their shoes/boots as soon as they enter my house so my floors stay clean. I highly recommend Sanborn's.

Check out our 5 star review - The guys were professional and did a beautiful installation job. They showed us how to use the new thermostat and how to install the filter in the new unit. The quality of the unit is amazing, far more cool air coming through than with the old unit. Very satisfied with the product and their service. Thank you!

This is a followup review concerning the inspection process for the new unit installed a month ago. The guys once again were professional, courteous and on time. I also liked getting the email immediately before they got here telling me they were on their way. That was pretty cool. They said we would receive the packet in the mail with the instructions for the city inspector and wished me a very nice weekend. Very nice service I must say. Will definitely recommend your company to my neighbors. Thanks again!

Check out our 5 star review - I received an email informing me that Nick was on his way to my house for a scheduled maintenance appointment. He was friendly, informative and efficient. He donned booties for each entry into the house. He explained his actions and listened carefully to my comments.
