Got called out to help a customer out with removing and old sink and installing a new one with a new faucet. We had to make some minor modifications to the counter, but it turned out great. They just so happened to be my grandparents long time neighbors prior to them moving out of Oregon years ago. Thats the best part about being able to serve this small tight nite community in Central Oregon. It always seems like a small world after all.

We just wrapped up a pretty cool job. Basically they had an incredibly large laundry room, with way too much space. So we moved the washer box across the room into another wall. Then we divided the laundry, and roughed in a bathroom with the excess space. Now this guest bedroom has its own dedicated full bath, and the 3 bedroom 2 bath house becomes a 3 bedroom 3 bath! I think it turned out great. They even where able to keep the skylight roof, and now its apart of the bathroom.

Another year that Ol'Skool Plumbing gets to be a proud sponsor and apart of the Rock of Redmond Wrestling Mat Club. This year we where able to up our sponsorship to a Gold sponsorship. Got done with these tiny home underfloors. Today. All 3 units have a full bath, kitchen, and laundry. All identical so by the 3rd unit we had it down. We finished the 3rd one in a little under 2hrs!! It was a nice change of pace from all the remodels we have been on, and the weather was even nice!!

When your house floods it can be heart breaking and stressful. There is no way around that, but on the bright side with proper coverage it does mean you have the opportunity to give your bathroom a little update. Just glad we get to be apart of the good side of these kind of sittuations.

Thats a wrap on another remodel rough. The signature hardware valves definitely where interesting. Instead of plugging the port that is not going to be used, the instructions wanted me to loop that port to one of the other shower heads to eliminate the dead head, and keep balanced pressure so the cartridge doesnt get damaged. Cant wait to see how it all works when its all done!
