Photo-Finish Friday!
Our most recently completed project is a study in depressing outdoor spaces vs. inspiring outdoor spaces. We took this landscape from unusable and drab to functional and spiritually moving.
The space was designed by our award-winning designer, Guy Feldman (Eco-Pro Certified and Bachelor of Science in LA) and implemented by the talented crew of Omar and Chuy.
The homeowners were involved in decision making but also allowed us the creative freedom to make the space what they hoped and dreamed for.
They are completely satisfied with the transformation, and we are proud to show the details and features we were so excited to create for them.

Photo-Finish Friday! Take a moment to look at the images from a residence that we have gently tended to for over 11 years! It must also be noted that we were the original installers of this beautiful landscape and hardscape!
The entire home and garden setting is immaculately kept by our staff and is quietly enjoyed by the original owners.
It is truly special to be the chosen landscape company that cares for a property for a decade-plus. It speaks to the skills of both our staff and our crews. But more importantly a decade-plus of time describes the value we and the homeowner place on RELATIONSHIPS. This relationship of communication, seasonal changes, property challenges and sense of enjoyment brings us great pride.

Photo-Finish Friday! A customer of 10 years recently sold their home. They shared that the most difficult part was knowing they would be leaving the outdoor spaces designed and created for them by Jefferson Sustainable Landscape Management over a number of phases.
Our clients expressed that the investments they made in the landscape greatly increased the curb appeal and value by taking advantage of the home's unique property shape and challenges. People found the landscape to be inviting, functional and inspiring without being overly high in maintenance.
Great landscapes evolve and grow over time, just like a family!

P.S. The home and garden setting sold in a blink of an eye!

Photo-Finish Friday! Spring is in the air and projects get moving with better weather and more plants and products being trucked into our area. Much of our stone comes from regional landslides. Better weather allows for this stone to be loaded and hauled to local yards for selection. We artfully set a variety of stone in a diverse mix of settings to create the spaces desired.

Stacy Strapac Walker and Isabel described the benefits of quality communication and how it helps all.
We also took ownership of premium battery-powered Stihl mowers. Quiet, sustainable and lighter weight.

Photo-Finish Friday! Jefferson Carroll was on the WALP panel sharing his knowledge of sustainable practices for the benefit of the environment, people and businesses. The Washington Association of Landscape Professionals organized this presentation along with many others at the recent industry conference held in Mukilteo, Washington.
Jeff answered questions about battery-powered equipment, soil management and best practices for people and properties. He is ecoPro Certified in the State of Washington.
