Field access can make or break a sewer repair job.

On this project in Seattle, we faced the challenge of clearing and restoring a long stretch of pipe at Steve Cox Memorial Park. After hydro-jetting to remove roots and debris, we installed a 6" liner to reinforce the pipe and used robotic cutting to reconnect bathroom drains without digging up the surface. Every step had to be coordinated around access gates and restroom closures.

The lines passed inspection, and the area is ready for use again. We’re always ready for the next underground challenge.

Heavy root intrusion and obstructions can cause big headaches for property owners.

Root blockages and broken clay pipes can bring a whole line to a standstill. We were called out to a shared sewer in Seattle where backups were causing water to leak onto the street. After locating the worst root intrusion and uncovering the old clay lines, we excavated by hand and replaced the damaged sections with new pipe surrounded by crushed rock.

We installed two-way cleanouts for easier access and lined the existing pipe to help keep things flowing. With everything inspected and up to code, each home along the line now has better access and peace of mind about future blockages.
