Since 1962, that firm has specialized in restoring and preserving public gardens and historic sites, such as that at Auschwitz. Here in the US, Greenwood concentrates on serving upscale, Eastside

homeowners with landscape design, installation, renovation and tree services. Recently, the firm expanded into commercial and municipal work as well, and has a particular interest in restoring and enhancing riparian wetlands. An important distinguishing feature of Greenwood International is that our designs are transformed into living landscapes by our own dedicated crews of career installation specialists, not by casual day-laborers. Our people are proud, European craftsmen, each of whom has been with us for years. As a rule, Greenwood confines its practice to the Puget Sound area, but remains open to going farther afield in pursuit of a major regional goal, such as restoring salmon and other threatened- wildlife habitat. We are, of course, fully licensed, bonded and insured, with all appropriate certifications and professional memberships, and abundant local references.
