Tri County Paving is hiring for multiple positions for the 2024 season for paving, seal coating, crack seal and truck drivers. All positions are full time with year around benefits and a winter shutdown period. If you have experience in paving or if you want to learn a new trade, we have openings at all entry levels. Summer hours are 10-14 hours a day including some weekends.
Essential job duties include the following:
Paving – screed operator, paver operator, roller operator, raker.
· General Construction labor IE: Digging, heavy lifting, shoveling, raking, prepping for sealcoat and crack seal.
· Truck driver – transfer truck, dump truck, sealcoat tankers.
Class A license required for a truck driver position.
· Have a willing attitude to learn new things.
· Operating blowers and small hand tools.
· Operating heavy equipment, pavers, excavators, rollers, grade tractor.
· Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record.
Skilled background and knowledgeable of workflow are preferred but not required:
Sealcoating
Crack sealing
Paving
Grading
Pay and Benefits:
The pay scale is competitive ($25.00-$29.00) and will be negotiated based upon experience and ability to perform the necessary job duties.

Additional Benefit Information: Benefit cost for employee paid 100% by employer, benefit eligibility date is the first day of the month following 60 days of active employment.
