A client has a vacation house in AZ. That they decided to rent out, took a trip out and redid so many switches, fans and lights.. It's in a 55+ community so I made everything as simple to use as possible, I got rid of all the pull chains on the ceiling fans/lights and installed paddle switches with slide dimmers (i like the look and functionality of this type of dimmer as it holds the last dimmer level when turned back on) I also replaced all the switches for the fans with 3 speed slide controls (the slide differentiates it from the switches and is easy for anyone to use), other switches either didn't match or were complicated to use. Changed out a smart switch for a 3way paddle slide dimmer.
Also changed a bunch of bulbs out some were smart bulbs others were changed because now that there are dimmers the lumens can be higher in some rooms, all rooms got light in the 2700k range some specialty lights got 2100k and look amazing at night.
Also added an outlet in the garage to get rid of the extension cord for the Orbit BHyve (have you seen these yet? A smart irrigation controller that knows the weather... I'm ordering one)

Yes, this is what I do, make things work easier and make lighting beautiful!

A few projects I've been working on lately,
I might start making these cutting boards (ditch your plastic and use Wood)
