Today someone suggested I’d make more money if I built “standard” beach houses.

They’re probably right.
And they’re completely missing the point.

I didn’t leave comfort, certainty, or easy paths to copy-paste homes.
I build places with intention, restraint, and soul…even when it’s harder, slower, or misunderstood.

Profit matters.
