Wrapped, papered and shingles are going on

We were called out for a leaking roof today , tore off the old shingles and found where there was missing flashing from when the roof was installed and a couple places where the wood was broken and had buckled the shingles allowing water in. A couple hours later and new ice and water, roof paper and shingles it's better than new!

This is a video of under the floor of the house in question. In case you are wondering, the black belly wrap is supposed to be attached to the floor joists, you can also see the animal tunnels in the old insulation and the s**t and f***s they left under the floor.

Due to people posting some concerns, we feel we need to address the issue at hand. We were called out to a house for renovations. upon entering the house it wreaked badly of skunk and cat, we remove the carpet thinking that's what it was the smell only got worse upon further investigation underneath the trailer we found multiple holes in the belly of the house were skunks and cats had been getting in and living in the ductwork and the floor of the trailer. We set several live traps and 1 conibear trap closest to the skunk den around the back of the house and underneath the deck unfortunately a cat got caught in it after we trapped a skunk. All of us here at Eppinette Elite Renovations have pets and love them dearly but feral animals not properly taken care of by people are nuisances and and when they destroy property we are legally allowed to remove them by any means necessary. We do not set traps at every job we do and actually this is one of the first where property damage has been done by an animal where we've had to do it. I want to ask if you had animals particularly skunks and feral cats living in the floor of your house and in the heating and ductwork would you want them to remain? And would you want to handle a skunk in a live trap? We ask that you please stop this unjust defamation of our company's character as the traps were legally verified by Ephrata Police Department. We will be posting pictures and videos of the damage done in order for people to understand why the traps were set.

Hello all! We here at Eppinette Elite Renovations are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to get back out and continuing to do what we do best! Unfortunately due to the shut down of non-essential business here in PA, we had to stop construction today. But we sealed up everything so it's water tight and ready to go when the shut down is lifted. We pray for everyone's continued health and we'll hopefully be back on the job soon!!
