About Us

Structural Repair & Renovations is a company run by licensed professional engineers and all of our design team members are full-time employees. Our senior staff goes through regular professional training and other continuing education. When you contact us for foundation repair, framing repair, basement waterproofing, yard drainage, or soil stabilization you are getting more than just an

ordinary contractor. When we make one repair or remodel, we know if other adjustments elsewhere on the property will have to be made in order to accommodate the new modification.

Structural Repair & Renovation (SR&R) is a certified General Contracting firm operating under the direction of professional structural/civil engineers. We provide a full range of repair and renovation services for residential and commercial customers.

SR&R specializes in foundation and framing repair, remediation of wet basements, yard drainage problems, and stream stabilization, and we are also experts in remodeling, additions, and hardscaping. SR&R is unique in that its teams are led by licensed professional engineers who provide customers with a high level of service, accountability, and workmanship.

SR&R began as a structural/civil engineering firm, providing a broad range of consulting services to our Northern VA, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., clients. As engineers — being personally involved from the beginning of any project — we were being asked by our clients to help not only with the engineering but provide them complete design-build solutions on their projects. We realized having our own design team and construction/installation team under the same roof ensures a seamless communication and planning process.

At SR&R, it all starts with experienced designers who help guide you through the design and selections process to create a functional and beautiful space that suits the way you live. Our designers listen to your needs and wants, help you with budgeting, and create options that fit your family and household plans.
