Fortunate to be busy! Excavation of saturated soil and clay sub grade removed and replaced with a good solid subgrade for a future concrete placement. It's disappointing to see a lot of people get so much time and cost into a concrete project with a faulty subgrade only to tear it out and start over when settling issues arise after a season! Usually you see this process the other way around. Great removal project.
