Ghosts? Nope.
Haunted houses? Not really.
Spiders? Okay... maybe a little. 🕷️
Creaky Houses!!! Keeps us up at night!
But you know what REALLY gives us goosebumps?
🏚️ BUILDING A HOUSE THAT HASN'T BEEN FULLY DESIGNED OR ENGINEERED. 😱
A floor plan that doesn't quite work.
A roof that wasn't properly coordinated.
Structural details that weren't figured out.
A site plan that doesn't account for the actual property.
A floor plan that looked great on paper... until you tried to put furniture in it.
And that terrifying moment when someone says...
“We'll figure that out in the field.” or "We don't need engineering." 👀
🎃 Now THAT'S spooky.
At South Fork Design Group, we believe the best time to solve a problem is before it becomes a construction problem. We like our houses fully designed, thoughtfully planned, and properly engineered.

🏡 ONE WEB PLAN. THREE DIFFERENT HOMES.
One of our favorite things about offering web plans is that they don't have to be the end of the design process. Sometimes a plan is the perfect starting point and a few changes can make it fit a homeowner's needs even better.
These two homes started with our Web Plan 24-04-029, but each client wanted something a little different.
✨ One came in at 875 sq. ft.
✨ The other was customized to 800 sq. ft.
✨ The third was cut down to 432 sq. ft.
Two of them have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen / living area, and a master suite, The third one was cut down to once bedroom, one bath. Each was modified to better fit the individual homeowner.
That's the beauty of starting with a proven plan: you can get the layout you love and then make it your own.

What a fun day in Teton Valley! 🏔️

We had the opportunity to visit several of our homes currently in progress, along with a few that are now finished. There’s something so exciting about seeing the plans we’ve worked on in the office become real homes, room by room.

From the early stages of construction to the finished details, it’s always rewarding to see these projects come to life. We’re so grateful to our clients, builders, and everyone who helps make these homes possible.
