❤️ Some gifts stay with you long after the home is finished.

Recently, our clients, Katherine and Tadj Asel, couldn’t attend their Construction Open House because they were out of town. But they made sure our team knew just how much they appreciated everyone who helped bring their dream home to life.

They left a handwritten note along with handcrafted swizzle sticks made by Katherine’s father.

In the note, Katherine compared building a custom home to crafting the perfect drink. It takes the right ingredients, careful timing, skilled hands, and people working together behind the scenes. The swizzle stick became a symbol of that—bringing all of those individual pieces together to create something truly special.

From Aric, Ken, Clark, and Mackenzie helping with selections, to every craftsman who worked on their home, this thoughtful gift was a reminder of why we do what we do.

One of our favorite lines from Katherine’s note says it perfectly:

“Even the smallest detail can make something special.”

Moments like these remind us that we’re not just building houses—we’re helping create the place where families will make memories for years to come.

Katherine and Tadj, thank you for your kindness. It was an honor to be part of your journey. ❤️🏡
