Hope everyone has a safe and happy new year.

Last job of the year finished up today. Front porch and far right were additions we roofed. Rebuilt all overhangs so house could properly vent using vented aluminum soffit and fascia. Tuscan olivevinyl siding on the whole house. New gutters and downspouts.

Appreciative for all of our customers throughout the years. Cheers to 2026.

Replacing fascia and soffit on this fine saturday. This roof was replaced a year ago by a prominent roofing company in central Ohio that spends a large amount of money on advertisement. Well, they had no soffit vents and the shingles/sheeting were in the gutter leaving only an inch on 6 inch gutters. Tore down all the gutters and fascia, expended the overhang to 4 inches to match the sheeting, installed vented soffit and new fascia. All new siding is next then gutters and downspouts. All could've been avoided had the original company cut the sheeting how it should've been and installed shingle over eave vent. Also had no exhaust vents but said company came out and installed some after we suggested it to the homeowner.

Completed roof in Baltimore. Homeowner picked GAF timberline hdz charcoal shingles. Color goes well with the tan siding. We had to replace a lot of sheeting on this one. I give my crew credit for working in the heat yesterday.

New roof completed in Buckeye Lake. Original structure had 1x decking that was in poor shape so we respected the area. Also had to fix rake edges on original structure as they were sagging. Replaced a few sheets on the garage as well. Homeowner picked Owens Corning duration onyx black shingles. They did a great job picking the color to go with the siding (homeowner is doing the siding, fascia, and gutters).

Completed roof in Columbus. Homeowner got a letter from their insurance that they needed a new roof due to the age of the existing. A friend of theirs referred us. GAF timberline hdz hickory color on the house and garage. We added shingle over eave vents, and gutter guards on the 2nd story.
