💧 Drainage Problem Solved Before the Storm Hit! ⛈️

This client was experiencing water issues caused by a failed drain tile connected to their downspout. The old drain tile was no longer functioning properly, leading to drainage concerns around the home. We excavated the area, removed the old drain tile, and installed new PVC drain pipe to provide a long-lasting solution. To make future maintenance easier, we also installed a cleanout at the base of the downspout, allowing quick access if the line ever needs to be cleaned. With severe thunderstorms ⛈️ in the forecast, it was a race 🏎️ against the weather to get the drainage system replaced and functioning properly before the rain arrived. We were able to get the new system installed and operational just in time. ⏮️We'll be returning to finish restoring the area by adding fresh topsoil, grass seed, and straw to help establish new growth and leave the property looking great.

🤔 Well, it looks like the little Bobcat found exactly what he was looking for. I don’t know what he was looking for maybe the clay 🤣!

I want to give a huge shout to Brush Busters LLC Tyler, and Cody for coming to the rescue and helping get the mini skid unstuck. 🤝We truly appreciate the quick response and lending a hand when we needed it.

At the beginning of the month 📆, we came in and laid down some fresh sod to help bring this project to life.The lake views just hit different 😄
The client will be wrapping up some of the edges and adding a little more landscaping 🌱 to finish everything off, but we're excited to see the final result come together. Even though we didn't complete all of the landscaping on the property, we had the pleasure of helping 💪bring their vision to life and creating a great foundation for the rest of the project.

📆Late last week, we worked on improving this client's front yard, which had several bumpy areas and sections of dead grass. We removed the damaged areas, added fresh topsoil to help level the lawn, and applied new grass seed and straw. 🌱🚜 This will help smooth out the uneven spots and encourage healthy new growth throughout the lawn. We also set up a temporary irrigation system to help bring in the new grass.

✅ Patio repair completed!

This section had settled down ⬇️ over time due to an old well beneath the area and an inadequate base. We carefully removed the pavers, excavated the old base material, installed a new properly compacted base, reinstalled the pavers, and finished with fresh polymeric locking sand to restore the patio's appearance and stability.

Patio is know usable and safe and no more trip hazard, should make shoveling in the winter time a breeze. 🥶

A nice flower bed refresh we recently completed!

💪 We removed old landscape fabric, river rock, edging, and decorations throughout several beds around the property. We installed new landscape fabric, fresh river rock, new edging, and mulch to give everything a clean, updated look. We also repaired a few irrigation lines that were accidentally ☹️ uncovered during the process and got the system back up and running.

A simple refresh can make a huge difference in your landscape! 🏡

A little project we wrapped up recently!

🪵 We ground out a few stumps, removed a small section of asphalt, and discovered there was about 4 inches of concrete hiding underneath the 1 inch of asphalt. One of the stumps was so rotten that it ended up pulling right out instead of needing to be ground.

We also trimmed ✂️ back a few large lilac bushes, added topsoil around several newly installed egress windows, and graded and topsoiled the areas where the stumps were removed.

🏁 To finish things off, we applied starter fertilizer, grass seed, and straw to help establish a healthy new lawn.
Looking forward to seeing everything green up over the next few weeks!
