"Trust but Verify" a term made famous by .bruton and it is a very important step in building. Often times we become complacent and believe out subs will take their time and get the details done right. With the pace of construction they often become overwelmed with work and forget or make missed steps. The insulators on this job ran out of cellulose and had to finish it later. I waited for a cold day and made a sweep with a thermal imaging device to verify the job was finished. Found this spot had missing insulation. Always take the extra time to verify the work is completed, never assume. At the end of the day the customer hired you not them.

Wisconsin winters are unpredictable. Single digit temperatures with blustery winds, snow, frozen rain, and frost all become obstacles to overcome. On days like this I am glad that I chose to build with and to the Zip Code. My projects are dry and air tight and we can continue construction no matter what Mother Nature throws at us. I see far too many people in my field with this mindset and they resist change. Empires have fallen throughout time because of their unwillingness to adapt. When I created my company I knew my obsession of knowledge and problem solving would set me apart. Work hard, be passionate, and be proud of your efforts, but never be satisfied. Never stop asking questions or pushing yourself to be better. Remember the Titanic was build by professionals who said God couldn’t sink it but the Arc was built by an amateur. @ Rib Mountain, Wisconsin

I see far too many people in my field with this mindset and they resist change. Empires have fallen throughout time because of their unwillingness to adapt.
