🐔❤️ The secret to getting your kid to do paperwork? Chick-fil-A. ❤️🐔

Today we tested a new hiring strategy at Koen Plumbing:

✅ Feed him Chick-fil-A
✅ Give him a comfy office chair
✅ Put a mountain of paperwork in front of him
✅ Tell him he’s helping the family business

Results? Surprisingly effective. 😂

Our future CFO spent the day sorting paperwork, keeping the office running, and making sure none of us grown-ups got too far behind. We’re pretty sure he already wants a raise, better benefits, and a corner office.

At this rate, he’ll be running the company before we’re ready to hand over the keys. Until then, we’ll keep paying him in chicken nuggets and strawberry soda! 😂💰🐔

Every summer we get phone calls from home owners who have their water heaters bust/ leak while the family is on vacation!

It makes a huge mess! Especially if the water heater is in the attic or upstairs closet. You’re looking at tens of thousands 💰 of damage.

This is always a great time of year to get your hot water heaters flushed! We recommend doing this once a year!

Flushing the sediment buildup in you water heater tank once a year will extend the life of your tank & hopefully prevent these accidents from happening!

If you hear popping or banging noises in your tank. That’s a sign you need to flush out the sediment & debris!
