We’re making great progress on
project for Grob & Associates Law Firm.

The drywall is officially installed, and all ceilings throughout the office space are complete. Now, we’re moving into the finishing stages, with flooring installation getting underway this week.

Progress Update: Lightning Damage Restoration

We’re making great progress on the restoration of our client’s primary residence after a lightning strike caused extensive damage to the home.

We’re now 90% complete with the demolition phase, clearing the way for the next major step in the project.

Up next: We’ll be replacing the entire roof structure before moving into the rebuild phase and bringing this home back to life.

It’s a long road, but every step brings us closer to restoring this home stronger and better than before. We’re proud to be part of the process and look forward to sharing more progress along the way.

Ok. After the relocation of pool equipment and demoing existing pool structure. We're now 8 days in and pouring the addition. Tomorrow the framing package delivers.

After a lightning strike caused extensive fire and structural damage, this home was left in need of a complete transformation. Today, we’re officially beginning the reconstruction process.

From rebuilding the roof structure to restoring the interior, our team is committed to bringing this home back stronger, safer, and more beautiful than before. It’s an honor to help our clients through a difficult chapter and guide them toward getting back home.

Every exceptional project starts with a clean slate, and today marks the first step. Our team has completed the demolition of the existing pool cabana to make way for an exciting new addition to this beautiful home, along with a custom detached garage designed specifically for our clients’ needs.

We’re honored to help bring their vision to life and can’t wait to share the journey with you from demolition to the finished product.

Check out the update on our project in Rockwall, converting the existing space into a law office for Grob & Associates Law Firm, P.C. The walls have all been foam insulated to reduce noise and for privacy. Electrical Inspections have been completed. Next we will be installing sheet rock. It’s coming together very nicely!

Progress is underway at the future home of Heath Grob Law Firm!

This transformation started with a complete demolition of the existing interior, taking the space down to its framework so we could build it back with purpose and precision. Our team has completed the new framing layout, creating the foundation for a modern, functional office designed to serve both the firm and its clients for years to come.
