Progress is taking shape on this incredible 1,700 SF home extension, and one of the standout features is officially in place — a 27-foot glass slider that completely transforms the connection between the interior and backyard.

Designed to open seamlessly to the outdoor living space and fireplace, this expansive glass wall brings in natural light, creates an effortless indoor-outdoor transition, and makes the backyard feel like an extension of the home.

And we’re not stopping there…

Phase 2 is officially underway — the detached garage is next!

From structural work to the architectural details that make a home truly exceptional, we’re proud to self-perform the majority of our work and bring every phase together with the craftsmanship and attention to detail our clients expect.

PROJECT COMPLETE | GROB & ASSOCIATES LAW FIRM

What an incredible transformation.

We are proud to announce the completion of the Grob & Associates Law Firm — an extensive commercial renovation completed in just 4 months.

This project included a complete gut of the existing space, significant interior renovations, and structural modifications to a portion of the building’s exterior. A project of this scope would typically require considerably more time, but our ability to self-perform approximately 95% of the work allows us to maintain control over quality, coordination, and — most importantly — the timeline.

From demolition to the final details, our team brought every aspect of this project together with the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that defines JDM.

We are incredibly pleased with how this space came together and even more honored that Grob & Associates trusted JDM Premiere Builders to bring their vision for their new law firm to life.

Craftsmanship without Compromise. Designed without Limits.

We’re making great progress on the restoration of our client’s primary residence after a lightning strike caused extensive damage to the home.

We’re now 90% complete with the demolition phase, clearing the way for the next major step in the project.

Up next: We’ll be replacing the entire roof structure before moving into the rebuild phase and bringing this home back to life.

It’s a long road, but every step brings us closer to restoring this home stronger and better than before. We’re proud to be part of the process and look forward to sharing more progress along the way.
