ing a healthy church and safeguarding credibility of leadership. Our unique process breaks the 10-phases of facility expansion into four steps. There is no need for your church to contract up-front for ‘all-in’ project costs including pre-construction, design and/or construction. Our process allows churches to contract only for the steps currently needed, reducing out-of-pocket costs and limiting future liability. We believe churches need to contract seperately with a Planner, Architect and a Builder.

One of our favorite parts of church construction isn’t the finished building. It’s imagining the people who will fill it. A child hearing their first Bible story. A student making a lifelong decision to follow Christ. Parents finding encouragement during a difficult season. Friends sharing coffee before worship. Families celebrating baptisms together. Today at the Build Groups Conference, Marty had the opportunity to be part of a panel discussing how church facilities impact discipleship. We believe a church’s facility should do more than meet a list of needs - it should support the church’s mission and vision for ministry. That’s why a church’s vision for discipleship needs to be part of the conversation before design ever begins. Understanding how a church reaches, teaches, connects, and grows people helps shape spaces that truly support ministry.

Easy-to-find children’s check-in. Clear signage. A comfortable place to gather before the service. These details may seem small, but they help remove uncertainty for first-time guests so they can focus on what matters most. August has a way of bringing fresh energy to church life. Children’s ministries are preparing for new families. Student ministries are planning kickoff events. Small groups are getting ready to welcome new members. Worship teams are rehearsing, volunteers are training, and pastors are praying over what God has planned for the months ahead. Preparation may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is seen every Sunday.
