On a multi-family site this size, the expensive mistakes don't happen at the top. They happen at the corners.
A property line read a few inches off. A pad staked to the wrong grade. Small things that stay invisible until the building's already going vertical — and by then, correcting them can climb well into six figures.
So when we fly a site, I'm not looking at how it looks from the air. I'm looking at whether every line on the plan matches every point in the dirt. Boundary right, layout clean, grades where the plans say they should be.
That's the whole job. Do it well, and you never have to think about your surveyor again — which is exactly the point. Hiring us should mean one less thing to worry about, not one more.
If you're planning a multi-family project in DFW, the best time to bring your surveyor in is before you break ground. Happy to talk it through.
