Founded in 1968, we serve a growing clientèle including independent school districts, municipalities, higher education districts and other government agencies, many of who return to us for new

projects year after year. At Gallagher, we are proud of our hard-earned extensive reputation for responsiveness, objectivity and effectiveness.

Construction continues at the Miyako Hybrid Hotel in Plano, Texas, a 13 story, 217 room, luxury development located within The Park at Legacy. The project is a harmony of East and West, blending Japanese precision with Texas warmth and spirit. It will include a full-service restaurant, banquet and conference facilities, a rooftop bar with panoramic views, and a multi-level parking structure, supporting a high-quality guest experience in a rapidly growing area.

The design team is a collaboration between Gensler and interior design firm Looney & Associates, with construction executed by The Beck Group. Thank you to Ownership, Kintetsu Enterprises Company of America, for entrusting Cu***ng Group to deliver this amazing project.
