You asked what's going into this Lambertville bathroom 🛁 Here's the breakdown.

Every tile installed to perfection — every inch measured, every line true. The niche is marble basketweave, matched to the floor. Pencil trim wraps every edge. It's the detail nobody points at and everybody feels.

New windows throughout — the originals couldn't be saved. The floor was releveled by nearly 2 inches, showing just how far this house had settled before we got started.

Follow along as this reno comes together. 👇

Drywall's up in Lambertville 🧱 And if you're wondering why one room is purple — that's moisture and mold resistant board, and it goes in the bathroom for a reason.

Around the shower we switch again to cement board, so the tile has something solid to bond to that won't come apart the first time it gets wet. Everywhere else is standard white board. Three materials in one house, each one picked for what that room has to deal with.

Tile is next, then cabinets. What would you put in this bathroom — big-format porcelain, classic subway, or something with a pattern?

Progress update from our Lambertville project! The gut is done and this house just got fully spray foamed — sealing every gap and insulating the whole envelope before drywall goes up. It's not the most glamorous step, but it's the one that makes the biggest difference in comfort and energy bills for years to come.

Next up: drywall, then we start bringing this kitchen and bath back to life.

What's the one "invisible" upgrade you'd never skip on a renovation — insulation, HVAC, or something else?

This Pennington, NJ family brought us in for their kitchen a while back, and when it was time for the master bath, there was only one call to make.

Demo day is officially underway. Tearing it down is always the fun part — full reveal coming soon. 👀
