Here is a kitchen that I finished for a customer, she wanted new butcher block counter tops, tile backsplash, and the cabinets sanded and painted, she also wanted hidden, soft close hinges installed. She had a few other carpenters try to install the hinges, but were unsuccessful, due to the fact that the doors are recessed into the cabinets by 3/8 of an inch, requiring special hinges, but I was able to get it done for her. The customer was very happy with how everything turned out, there are no more brush marks in the paint on the cabinets, we used self leveling paint, the stuff is amazing, cabinets look great. We were 5 handles short, that's why some have k***s and the drawers don't have any handles, the customer has ordered more, but I pre drilled the holes, so it will only take a few minutes to install the rest when they come in. This customer wanted to turn this area that was used for house plants, into a bench with a backrest. Customer wanted his master bathroom and closet built much bigger than what was there. So that's what I did. I doubled the size of both the master bathroom and the closet. I turned the closet into a walk in closet. I had to jack up the floor prior to installing the shower base and flooring. Due to the fact, the floor sagged just over 2 inches in a 9 foot span. I installed three jackposts to support the floor once I jacked it up, the previous owner had removed the metal I-beam in the basement, which was the main support for the master bedroom and bathroom. I was not able to get all of the 2 inches jacked out of the floor due to the fact that the ceilings were pulling away from the walls and I didn't want to go too far, and cause other issues in the roof and other walls in the house. Then, once the master bathroom and closet were finished, the homeowner wanted me to build another full bathroom, at the opposite end of the house using the shower, toilet, and vanity that were originally in the master bathroom. He also wanted shelves and clothes hanging rods put in, to use as a mini closet space. Then he had me build a wall and install a cabinet to enclose the refrigerator. I had hired a painter to do all the painting in the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet, along with all the trim in those rooms. He also painted the existing bathroom. I ended up painting the second bathroom that I built along with the bedroom that the bathroom was built in. I was so busy, that I never took the time to take pictures prior to starting the job. Customer wanted transition strips made and put around their hallway carpet to stop it from fraying. I made the transition strips out of red oak to match the existing hardwood floors. I tried a few different stains to try to get them to match, couldn't get it identical, but the customer liked the one with more of a cherry color, so that's what we went with. They came out great and the customer is happy.

This is a deck that was a complete demo and rebuild. It was built exactly like the existing one. Everything is exact. The only thing I changed are the "deadman". The boards that go across from 6x6 to 6x6. They previously had everything built with 2x8's, so I used 2x10's, for a little more strength. Here is an exterior wall that had a lot of water getting in and caused a lot of rot. I removed all the rotten wood and completely rebuilt the wall. The homeowner wanted the same t 1-11 sheathing on the outside. You can't really see the windowsill that was completely rotten, so I ended up making a new one, and it come out awesome. The customer was extremely happy with the job we did. If anyone has any projects that have a bunch of rot or just want to remodel, feel free to give me a call or text.

Sorry, guys I haven't posted any recent work that I've done, I've been extremely busy trying to get all of my exterior work done before it gets too cold.And we get snow, I will try to get a bunch of stuff posted this weekend, of the most recent jobs I've done in the last couple months.
