Spending the week at this new construction house! This house is a perfect "small foot print home" painted in repose grey by Sherwin Williams. I can't wait to see the reveal when kitchen cabinets and fixtures go in! The house will also be getting finished with crown moulding throughout the down stairs! This is going to be a beautiful property when finished.

"Farmhouse In The City" is now Timber and Lane Contracting LLC. For those that have followed us for a while we have shifted our business towards Home Improvement, Interior Renovations, Design, Interior Design, and Interior Painting. You may already see the new name showing on the page, we are waiting for Facebook to accept the name change on our page.

In the meantime Check out a recent "Flip" House that we worked on. Timber and Lane stabilized the existing interior walls that were once covered in dated wood paneling. Repaired/ Replaced and installed New Drywall Throughout the house, and updated with a modern grey and white trim color scheme.

Wall color: Benjamin Moore: Coventry Gray
Trim: Semi gloss high reflective white Sherwin Williams
Ceilings: Flat ceiling white
