A glimpse of the work β done at DFW Airport.
Steel framing set overhead, metal deck laid, and cable tray run through active terminal infrastructure. All of it at night, in a building that opens to thousands of travelers the next morning.
Airport work has a rule that most job sites don't: whatever you start, you finish and clear before the terminal wakes up. Barricades placed, tools out, floor swept, no trace by 5 AM. Then you come back the next night and do it again.
That's a different kind of project management. Not just building it right β building it inside somebody else's operating hours without ever interrupting them.
