Most people think a small leak is no big deal… until it turns into this. This porch had hidden water damage that completely rotted out the beams.

We had to:
– Fix the roof leak
– Remove all rotted wood
– Replace 2 structural beams
– Install new shingles
– Reseal and reinstall metal flashing to match existing
– Repair the porch ceiling
– Repaint and finish everything clean

This is why catching issues early matters.
