🌟 Employee Spotlight: Robbie Rosenfeld 🌟
Meet Robbie, our dedicated Relationship Manager who's been part of the team for 15 months. In his words, he’s here to “find solutions to our clients’ problems, with the goal of taking their everyday pains away.” Translation? He’s kind of like Advil, but with better running shoes.

Robbie’s favorite part of the job is that no two days are the same and he gets to build relationships with incredible people every day. Originally from Roanoke, VA, he’s an ultra marathon runner (yes, ultra), an avid traveler, and a proud husband to Hannah and dad to 6-month-old Peter Parker (hero name pending).

He also shares his home with two cats—Joseph Gordon Levitt and Bane—proving his naming skills are as strong as his stride. If he could trade places with anyone in the office, it’d be Heather, our office manager. Why? He says, “She’s the most respected person here,” and he’s curious what really goes on behind the scenes.

We’re lucky to have Robbie on the team—helping clients, running ultra distances, and keeping things interesting around here!

Roofing Innovations is looking for Commercial Roofers to work in Maintenance, Repair, and Installation of commercial roofing systems. Systems include: BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, Coatings, Slate, Asphalt Shingles, and other types of roofing systems. We will train you!

Our Commercial Roofers work regular hours, all year long. No weekends. We work Monday through Friday, typically 7am - 4pm. We do NOT do full roof tear-offs. Instead, you’ll be working in two-man crews on repair jobs of various sizes. We are hiring for your ability to identify and solve problems.

Requirements:
Familiarity with basic roofing concepts and details
Experience with BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, Coatings, Slate, Asphalt Shingles is a big plus
Familiarity with gutter systems and water management
Communication skills with customers and project managers
Experience using smartphone applications
Ability to perform assigned tasks & document work

We are a Roofing Repair and Service shop. We solve the roofing problems that others cannot.

So, who are we looking for? We want people who can solve roofing puzzles every day. We want skilled roofers who can solve problems, who know their trade, and who understand how to identify and fix leaks.

If you fit that description, we want to talk with you. If you are tired of full tear-offs and want to do more work on smaller projects where you use your knowledge more than your back, we want to talk to you. If you want more autonomy as you lead in small groups, we want to talk to you.

As a Technician Manager, you will lead crews, communicate with the Project Manager, train Junior and Senior Technicians, monitor job progress, and will manage crew morale and efficiency.

We work on all roof types, so you need the skills of a roofing mechanic with years of experience.
This includes:
- Low slope and steep slope roof systems (full replacement and small repair)
- Reading scope documents & driving the project to completion
- Light carpentry
- Gutter system and water management
- Communicate job details to crew and to Project Manager
- Communicate status, progress and issues to Project Manager
- Communicate with customers when checking in and checking out of a job
- Document issues and resolutions
- Work with software to document work
- Manage time and materials allocated for each job (finish on time)
- Identify ways to be more efficient
- Train your crew and bring them up to Mechanic level
- Resolve conflict within your crew
