The right equipment—and the right crew—makes all the difference.
For this job, we assisted with upgrades to two sets of tower elevators using our 175-ton Grove, set up with 196’ of main boom and a 52’ jib to handle the reach and placement.
From planning through ex*****on, it’s all about doing the job safely and efficiently. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support another strong project—and for the feedback that reflects the teamwork behind it.

Another big lift in the books at Dulles Airport! ✈️
Our crew used the Liebherr LTM 1450-8.1 with a 207’ luffing jib to safely set an antenna in a tight, high-demand environment. Jobs like this take planning, teamwork, and experience—and our team delivered every step of the way.
We’re proud of the work and the people behind it.

🚂 From start to finish, our team was proud to be part of this incredible project!
In Hinton, WV, we used our Link-Belt 210-ton crane to carefully load this historic steam locomotive onto our Goldhofer trailer for transport. It then made its journey along the West Virginia Turnpike to Charleston.
Once onsite, our crew used our Liebherr 600-ton crane to expertly unload and set the locomotive in place at the Capitol Complex, where it will be on display for the state’s America 250 celebration.
It’s an honor to combine precision, teamwork, and experience to help preserve a piece of history for future generations.

This Memorial Day, we take time to remember the heroes who gave their lives in service to our country.
We are forever grateful for their sacrifice and for the families who carry their legacy forward every day.
Please join us in honoring and remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

The Capitol Complex in Charleston received a new addition Thursday as crane operators lowered a 100,000-pound fireless steam locomotive into the nearly complete outdoor exhibit between the Governor’s Mansion and the Culture Center.

Greenbrier Street has been closed since Wednesday morning in preparation for the machine’s placement.

“It weighs 50 tons,” said Charles Morris III, director of the West Virginia State Museum, referring to the locomotive. “They would pull a lot of heavy railcars, and their own weight is what would give them the power to do that.”

Starting the day strong—literally. 🌅
On this data center project, our team is lifting air-cooled chiller units at 370 feet using a 650-ton crawler crane. Each pick demands precision, with the heaviest unit weighing in at 32,009 lbs, carefully placed at a building edge height of just over 30 feet.
This project showcases the planning, coordination, and expertise required to execute at scale—especially when the margin for error is measured in inches.
And moments like this sunrise remind us why we love what we do.

🚧 Weekend Project Highlights – Portsmouth Team 🚧
Our Portsmouth branch was hard at work this weekend supporting the Navy base in Norfolk, VA with a unique and meaningful lift.
The crew successfully lifted and set two historic gun turrets at the main gate, giving a powerful nod to naval history. Using our Grove 450-ton crane, we also handled the transport—hauling the turrets from the laydown yard directly to the installation site.
These turrets have a story of their own, originally from the DL-1 USS Norfolk, which was decommissioned in 1970. It’s an honor to help preserve and showcase pieces of our military heritage.
Great job to everyone involved in making this project a success! 💪🇺🇸
