I thought it a very important part of TCG's website, that I take the opportunity to share, as the owner, my philosophy for conducting business. I tried to sum up in as few as words as possible the principles to guide us in our daily pursuits. I don't consider any of the words below to be revolutionary (or earth shaking ) but simple, visible touchstones on which to build a successful business. •Strive Everyday to "Delight our Customers" •Treat Everyone We Encounter with "Respect and Civility" •Embrace "Change" •Promote Environmental Stewardship •Have Fun!
