This lawn is about ready for another little dose of tlc to keep it growing healthy before the summertime heat. In the world of grass in VA, if you haven’t been planning and prepping since Last summer to get ready for This summer, then you’ve already lost the battle.

Just be patient as you know what they say about that....because it takes a little time to get there, but I will get results is the bottom line.

CLS grass
Yard 1 was completely dead and stressed out last year when we then took it over in the summer to fix the irrigation and continue our maintenance plan

Little before and after from last October till now in spring.

Irrigation troubleshooting and renovation first so we could then get the soil right and achieve appropriate germination from seeding renovation with the right watering schedule, then continued maintenance and tlc bring this yard to life the following spring.
