NULCA is forming a committee to formulate, develop and publish an updated and comprehensive utility marking guideline.

The most current recognized marking guideline was published by the APWA in 2007, it is time for a update. NULCA has formed a core committee and will be seeking the input of industry professionals, excavators, facility owners/operators and one call representatives as we work to develop what we hope will become the Uniform National Marking Standard for Underground Utilities.
