We are a premier commercial facility maintenance vendor headquartered in Richmond, Indiana. Our company manages the ongoing upkeep, repairs, and code compliance for high-volume commercial facilities, including FedEx locations, DaVita Dialysis Centers, large-scale warehouses, and retail hubs and more.
To support our growing volume of work orders, we are currently vetting and onboarding skilled/licensed partners to join Anchor Construction in the following trades:

• Electrical
• HVAC
• General Contracting
We maintain strict quality standards for our clients. To qualify for our network, your field technicians must hold active state licensing in their respective trades or possess a verifiable history of extensive experience supported by professional references.
Our central dispatch team operates out of our Richmond office to coordinate and assign all work orders.
