A-1 Concrete Leveling and Foundation Repair is looking for individuals to join our team. Services our company offers include concrete lifting, repair and replacement, as well as remedial foundation repair work. General concrete and masonry experience is a plus but not required. Requirements do include:
-Full time availability Monday through Friday with very occasional weekend work.
-Valid drivers license (Our shop is in Powhatan VA about 10 mins from 288)
-Flexibility in schedule (Majority of work is outside so we have to work around the weather)
-Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
-Punctual and consistent positive work ethic!!

-Experience with carpentry, siding, and exterior trim work is preferred.
-CDL license is a big plus but this is not driver position

A-1 Concrete Leveling is currently seeking individuals to fill multiple open positions. We are Richmond's oldest concrete leveling company and have grown rapidly it the past 3 years.
-We are seeking 1 person for immediate hiring as a mixer/helper for our main pumping crew. No experience is necessary for this position but if you have experience in any type of equipment repair, welding, or have a CDL you will be compensated accordingly. Position starts at $10-12 and hour with zero experience. A second helper will be hired when the position below is filled as well.
-We will have our second pump truck back up and running in the next month. We will be conducting interviews to find the right fit for this positions. Ideal candidate would be someone with all around experience. We run up to 4 crews in the summer time so this person will be staying busy. Driving non-CDL dump truck, operating skid steers, assisting pumping crews, and general job site overview. The knowledge you bring to us will determine exactly how you could fit in with our company.
