Need your water heater replaced?
We offer flat rate water heater replacements at only $1500 for 30/40/50 gallon tanked water heaters.

That includes removal and haul away of the old water heater, installation of the new one with new - water and gas shut offs, water and gas flex lines, gas sediment trap, expansion tank, earthquake straps, and Smitty pan.

Just need it serviced? We do that too!
Electric water heater - $185 includes new anode rod, thermostats and elements and tank cleaned out.
Gas water heater - $140 includes new anode rod, and tank cleaned out.
Tankless water heater service - $125 includes descaling of the heat exchanger, clean filter(s), clean sensors on the combustion chamber, and overall inspection of the unit.

Hey everyone. One of the most asked questions I get is "What do you charge"... To answer that, here's a short list of my rates:

Military and persons 55 years old + get a 10% discount on labor.

This is the pricing for a basic service call for the first hour, every hour after that is $25/15 min. Does not include parts if applicable.
Ridgecrest $100
Inyokern $110
Trona, Isabella area, Lone Pine, Mojave/Cal City $150

Flat rate for tank water heaters (30/40/50 gal)
$1500 for any above area. Includes disposal of old water heater and every code necessity including an expansion tank.

Evaporative cooler start-up and shut-down for Ridgecrest and Inyokern is $75. All other areas are $125. Does not include parts if applicable.

Did you know that tankless water heaters need to be serviced at least once a year or they will lose the warranty? And this is more than just pumping vinegar through the lines.

Don't be left in the cold, set up your maintenance appointment for your water heater.

Did you know that water heaters need to be purged a minimum of once a year? If not, you get sediment in the bottom of the tank and cavitation (popping sounds) occurs. This can damage the water heater and cause leaks as well as reduce the efficiency of the water heater.
If your water heater needs replaced, we have a flat rate of $1500. This includes removal of the old water heater, installation of the new one (30/40/50 gal) with new earthquake straps, gas line, water lines, expansion tank, Smitty pan, and t&p drain.
*Does not include tankless installation*
