Looking for someone interested in starting a new career or already has experience with concrete foundation work. Benefits include PTO, Retirement and holiday pay.

Must have:

Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Reliable transportation that will be on job site daily. We work from Kalama to Washougal and may have to switch jobs in the middle of the day so must be able to get to and from jobsites.
Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 70 lbs of material all day long
Must be able to be on your feet all day long walking, stooping, kneeling, bending and digging
Basic rough carpentry skills example: Hammer, tape measure etc
Must be able to be part of a team and get along well with others
Must be able to work in the elements including rain, wind, snow, and sun all day.

Preferred skills:

Knowledge of concrete foundations
Building and setting concrete forms
Knowledge of how to float concrete and set anchor bolts/holdowns, tie rebar

One of our customers captured us working on his foundation project with his drone. Kind of a cool way to see it. We had to dig snow out of the footing boards in order to even pour.
