Round Da House is expanding and looking to grow our own technicians. If you want to start a career or to make a career change, look no further. At Round Da House you will gain on the job training while getting paid! We are looking for a motivated person to assist with service, repair and installation of residential repairs and maintenance all while learning the trade.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be proficient with tools.
• Having own hand tools is a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and RELIABLE transportation.
• Must have clean, neat, professional, presentable appearance
• Must be dependable and have willingness to learn.
• Be willing to follow, help, and assist and show initiative.
• Must be motivated to learn and to become a technician.
• Perform other tasks as requested, including running parts, maintenance, janitorial, and clerical.
• Eventually learn to do carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing and other repair related tasks.
• Assist foreman with various tasks as needed.
• Be able to identify and report all issues that arise that would keep you from completing a task.
• Communicate with team members.
• Must be willing to work.
• Customer service orientation.
• Must learn to have a good working knowledge of our products and services being offered. This will require additional study and training both on and off site.
• Be goal oriented.
• Communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors and customers.
• Possess superior interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work under time and budgetary constraints and pressures.
• Efficiently manage his/her time and schedules.
• Must be capable of understanding directions.
• Constantly be learning through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees.
• Work and drive safely and be able to recognize and avoid dangerous situations.
• Other duties as assigned

Pay determined on ability and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $11.00 to $14.00 /hour
Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Language: English (Required)
Work authorization: United States (Required)
Work Location: Multiple locations
This Job Is:
• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
