Meet Grayson Jones, our Showroom Manager/Ridgeland Marketing!

Grayson joined the team in March 2026 after graduating from Mississippi State University with a degree in Interior Design. She brings valuable experience from working in with an architecture, design, and construction firm, giving her a well-rounded perspective on every project she touches.

Outside of work, you can find Grayson spending time with her dogs Harvey & Jax, gardening, working on all kinds of creative projects, or playing tennis.

Meet one of the newest additions to the Craft team, Kim Cole!

She joined us in March 2026 as part of our Residential Sales/Design team, bringing years of experience in the design and building materials world. From flooring and tile to countertops, she’s passionate about helping clients bring their spaces to life and making the selection process easy, fun, and something people truly enjoy.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, traveling, gardening, and catching a good movie. She’s been married to her husband, Kevin, for 15 years, and together they have two boys, ages 13 and 11, who keep them busy. Originally from Memphis, she’s proudly called Madison home for the past 15 years.

We’re excited to have her on board and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make. Welcome to the team!
