This project started as a steep mountainside covered with large rocks, debris, weeds, and overgrown vegetation. We completely transformed the area into a clean, stable, and attractive landscape ready to complement this new home.

• Over 1 acre of unusable ground
• Sinkholes throughout the property
• Rocks, debris, and a few stumps sticking up everywhere
• Rough terrain that was difficult to mow or maintain

What We Did:
✅ Regraded & resurfaced the entire area
✅ Harley raked & rock-hounded to remove debris and rocks from the topsoil
✅ Imported and spread 100+ tons of topsoil
✅ Hydroseeded the entire property
✅ Applied straw in select areas for added erosion control

🌧️ The weather wasn’t in our favor, and heavy rain moved in before we had a chance to hydroseed the entire area—but the areas that were done before the storm are already coming in great, and we’re excited to see the final results!

🚧✨ PROJECT COMPLETED! ✨🚧

We recently finished up a major property improvement project that not only enhanced the appearance of this property but also solved several drainage and water runoff issues.

✅ Installed a retaining wall to create more usable space in the lower driveway area.

✅ Added a set of steps through the wall for easy access between the upper and lower areas.

✅ Regraded around the garage and installed French drains to correct previous water issues that were allowing runoff into the garage.

✅ Installed downspout drains and additional French drains on the uphill side of the house to better manage water runoff.

✅ Removed a large stump, regraded the backyard, and restored disturbed areas with premium grass seed and straw.

✅ Installed new concrete sidewalks and finished the driveway with a fresh gravel topcoat.

⭐ All work was completed using high-quality materials and proven installation methods built to last.

🌿 More landscaping improvements are still to come!

We were glad to help Dig It Dolly Excavating to get this property cleaned up and ready for a brand new lawn installation! 💪🌱

Work included:
🚛 We hauled in TWO tri-axle loads of quality topsoil for the areas needed
🪨 We hauled out TWO tri-axle loads of rock and debris during surface prep
🔧 prepped the surface with a rockhound and preparator
🌾 Seeded and strawed for a fresh new lawn installation

For this project, we used a high-quality blend mix featuring drought-tolerant fescue along with premium starter and stabilizing products to help give this lawn the best possible chance during the dry conditions we’ve been dealing with lately.

🔹 Mounted 30 feet of gutters and downspouts to manage roof runoff
