This new house being constructed has a beautiful aspen tree covered lot overlooking the entire Wilson Mesa. The system needed to be large due to being constructed on a fat clay soil that is not very conducive to water transmition once it is saturated. The home owner did a great job on the installation. On to the next one!

The Fairway Pines Sanitation District has a sewage treatment system for a specific part of the Log Hill subdivision in Ridgway CO. The district requires the home owners to have a holding tank and lift station to pump into the sewage treatment infrastructure to properly transport the sewage to be treated. The system was installed recently on a new build and passed all code requirements during the as-built site visit.

This system was for a large 5-bedroom home built on adobe clay in Montrose CO. We had to utilize a pressurized system with an automatic distribution valve (ADV) to feed the two large beds in an alternating fashion.
