Ability to read blueprints a must. Full renovation both structural and non structural framing, basement, 1st floor and second floor. You guys are just the worst. Sadly this is the 4th home we’ve been to in the last few months where Roto-Rooter said they fixed the problem and did nothing of the sort, this one they may have just made mad. They charged this poor woman thousands of dollars to fix a clog that,less than a few flushes later is backing up just as bad if not worse than before. 4th this is year, they came to my house when I was sick in the hospital last year and charged me $610 to clear out a massive clog only to push it further into the home when they came at it through the street. Spent all day in the cold doing a 100A service cable drop with my partner, and called it a day after the sun went in….tired and ready for a shower, come home to find that MY heat is down, now here I am, quarter til 11pm with my oil heater in pieces covered in soot….SO, YES….WE DO FIX OIL BURNING HEATERS AS WELL AS ANY OTHER TYPE OF HEATER YOU GOT! SERVICING PHILADELPHIA AND ALL SURROUNDING COUNTIES!

Floor drain at some point in the past years had disintegrated, and now getting sewage backup but not a single pipe in the house is backed up nor even connected into the main anywhere we can tell. Makes your brain hurt to think about, should be a fun dig too considering that the runoff has been solely entering the ground under the home for at least 2 years. To be continued…..

Front loading Kenmore Elite washer….this tiny little tear in the door seal/boot may not seem like much but that tiny little trickle of water happened to be directly over the MCU and caused over $400 of damage to this washer causing a short in the board components the power the driver motor.
